Lexi Terrero 

Lexi Terrero is a serial entrepreneur with transactional experience in financing, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and business exits, specifically in the digital marketing industry.

Lexi is currently the Managing Partner of The Flo Lab, a women-led and operated media and entertainment agency that works with national brands looking to connect with the Latinx audience through branded content, artists and content creators. The Flo Lab has direct working relationships with major recording artists, celebrities, athletes and influencers.

Lexi was the Co-Founder, Chief Financial Officer and Board Member of Hispanicize Media Group (HMG), recently acquired by NGL Collective and MiTu. HMG was a multi-faceted digital media company that managed digital campaigns targeted to Latinx consumers, produced experiential events and managed influencer campaigns. Her primary focus at HMG was executive leadership, brand partnerships, financial strategy and business development as well as leading all mergers and acquisitions on behalf of the company. Lexi led various rounds of financing and the recent merger, sale and exit of the company.

Previous to HMG, Lexi worked for several private investment firms that specialize in private equity and investor relations. She was responsible for the oversight of several funds valued at $3 billion dollars, worked with the fund’s portfolio companies and was part of key management at the firm. Mrs. Terrero also worked with small to mid-cap sized public and private companies across various industries in executing investor relations strategies.

Clients appreciate Lexi’s insight as a culture crusader to move the Latino community forward. She takes great pride in representing Latinx talent and advising entrepreneurs on how to position their companies to scale and build wealth.

Mrs. Terrero holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Finance from St. John's University, Peter J. Tobin College of Business and currently pursuing an MBA in Interdisciplinary Business & Marketing. 

Mrs. Terrero has participated in several policymaking events and critical conversations for the Latino business community such as the AJC’s Arthur and Rochelle Belfer Institute for Latino and Latin American Affairs Project Interchange in Israel, Clinton Global Initiative - Supporting Latinx and Black Owned Small Businesses forum and many others. 

She is a native New Yorker who is passionate about her city and the community she serves.

Raquel Gonzalez is a marketer, producer, writer, and storyteller. She spearheads client strategies, programs, and corporate brand campaigns for The Flo Lab. She works with clients and executives looking to expand their reach to brand their messaging to make an impact. Raquel has deep connections with the media and social media communities that benefit clients' reach and engagement. Through her work with corporate brands, Producer at KDAF-TV, CW33 in Dallas, and public relations work with Grant Cardone, Raquel is a strong communicator with effective strategies that help clients meet their objectives.

Timothy Henry

Timothy J. (T.J.) Henry Jr. is an experienced corporate attorney, consultant, and private equity executive, with a passion for helping businesses drive revenue through refined strategy, operations, and M&A activity.

T.J. was recently the Corporate Counsel and the VP of Operations and Business Development for Sterlington, PLLC, a New York-based law firm and ALSP, where he represents private corporate entities including financial institutions, start-ups, hedge funds, and other business entities on various contract, M&A, fundraising, and transactional matters. He also oversees and manages the sales, marketing, and accounting teams and functions, while advising on all operational, financial, strategic, growth, and technology matters of the firm.

Prior to Sterlington, T.J. was the Managing Director and General Counsel for Perkin Industries, a hybrid private equity/family investment office based out of New Orleans, LA. With Perkin Industries, he was in charge of all legal, finance, human resources, and back-end operational components of the business. Through Perkin Industries, he also served as and/or performed the functions of General Counsel/CFO/COO across many of their portfolio companies, including those in public relations, digital media, hospice, real estate, and consumer goods sectors, among others. T.J. led all due diligence, negotiations, and legal components on every acquisition.

Prior to Perkin Industries, T.J. was the Legal and Finance Associate for both the New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans. Prior to graduate school was as a Registered Associate for Smith Barney. He holds a JD in sports law, an MBA in finance, and a BSM in finance and business law, all from Tulane University. He currently lives in New Orleans, LA with his wife Kate, their two children, Hunter and Jack, and their black lab.

GRACE LOHN

Grace Lohn is a serial entrepreneur, business consultant and successful international real estate developer. For 25 years, Ms. Lohn has worked with boutique and large-scale resort properties, eco-resorts and the cruise industry to bring innovations and products to market. Her determination, forward-thinking vision, background in investments and negotiation experience have driven her success with numerous ventures with seasoned industry leaders.

Grace is founder and CEO of Grace Group International, a consultancy that spearheads strategic planning, growth and development of companies across industries, including the fields of hospitality, real estate, retail, services and agriculture with diversification beyond those sectors. Her extensive experience provides her with a comprehensive skill set in finance, fundraising, capital partnerships, joint-ventures, marketing, analytics and market forces. Grace Group works with clients to research, identify and analyze target properties—providing services that include due diligence assessments, researching market trends, and understanding the ROI and risks associated with ventures, as well as reestablishing underperforming properties.

Currently, Ms. Lohn is pursuing opportunities that will make an improved sustainable impact. She has a particular interest in promoting and building diverse, sustainable and vibrant developments and redevelopment projects through public-private partnerships that give back to the communities they serve. Originally from California, Grace lives in South Florida and enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
